Review by hotel critic
Nestled amidst the serene grasslands, Twelve Apostles Motel & Country Retreat offers a tranquil escape just 3kms from the iconic Twelve Apostles. Although the country motel exudes rustic charm, its outdated amenities might deter luxury seekers. The attentive receptionist and cozy electric blankets provide a warm welcome, ensuring a comfortable stay. The pet-friendly policy is a bonus for furry companions. However, the aging facilities and lack of modern conveniences like Wi-Fi may not align with discerning tastes. While the quiet location and cleanliness are commendable, the value proposition here leans more towards affordability rather than opulence. For those prioritizing proximity to natural wonders over lavish amenities, this retreat serves as a cost-effective base to explore the breathtaking landscapes nearby.
